Community Standards
Our expectations for consent, privacy, respectful conduct, safety, and responsible participation across Private Play Party events and communities.
Welcome to Private Play Party
Private Play Party is an adults-only platform created to help people discover lifestyle events, build trusted communities, and make genuine connections. Every member, promoter, guest, and staff member shares responsibility for protecting the safety, privacy, and dignity of others.
Adults Only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Private Play Party. Individual events may require guests to be 21 or older. Misrepresenting your age or helping a minor access the platform will result in immediate removal and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Consent Is Required
Consent must be clear, voluntary, informed, specific, and ongoing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Silence, previous consent, flirtation, clothing, attendance at a lifestyle event, relationship status, or membership on this platform does not imply consent. Never pressure, manipulate, threaten, intoxicate, or repeatedly pursue someone who has declined an interaction.
Respect Boundaries
Members must respect the boundaries stated on profiles, in conversations, and in person. “No,” “not interested,” “stop,” and similar statements must be honored immediately.
Do not shame, insult, retaliate against, or publicly expose someone for declining an invitation or changing their mind.
Privacy and Discretion
Do not disclose another person’s legal name, contact information, workplace, location, relationship status, attendance, photographs, messages, or lifestyle participation without their explicit permission.
Do not take photographs or recordings at an event unless the promoter permits them and every identifiable person has consented. Never screenshot, download, repost, or distribute private profile photographs, album content, or conversations without permission.
Respectful Communication
Harassment, stalking, intimidation, threats, bullying, unwanted sexual messages, repeated unsolicited contact, hate speech, and abusive behavior are prohibited.
Members may block or report another member at any time. Attempting to evade a block by using another account or asking someone else to make contact is prohibited.
Honest Profiles and Accounts
Profiles should represent the person or couple operating the account. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive identities, misrepresent relationship status, or use someone else’s photographs without authorization.
Payment information may require a legal identity, but public profiles may use lifestyle names or aliases.
Responsible Media
Public profile photographs, event flyers, avatars, and other publicly visible media must remain appropriate for general website and mobile-app distribution.
Mature media may only be placed in approved website-only restricted areas, such as private albums or private messages. Prohibited content includes illegal material, content involving minors, nonconsensual imagery, exploitation, hidden-camera material, threats, violence, and media shared without the subject’s permission.
Event Conduct
Guests must follow the promoter’s event rules, dress code, admission requirements, venue policies, and instructions from authorized staff or security.
Promoters may deny entry or remove a guest when reasonably necessary to protect attendees, staff, the venue, or the event. Promoters must use these powers responsibly and must not discriminate or retaliate against guests for reporting legitimate concerns.
Alcohol and Substance Safety
Members are responsible for their own decisions and behavior. Do not use alcohol or other substances to pressure, impair, or exploit another person. A person who is unconscious, incapacitated, or unable to understand the situation cannot provide consent.
Commercial Activity and Spam
Do not send unwanted advertisements, repeatedly promote unrelated events, solicit members deceptively, operate scams, or use member information for off-platform marketing without permission.
Promoters may advertise events through the platform’s approved promotional tools and within communities they are authorized to manage.
Community Safety Reports
Report conduct that may endanger members or violate these standards. Reports should be made honestly and include only the information necessary for review.
Knowingly false reports, coordinated harassment, retaliation, and misuse of safety tools are prohibited. Reporting a concern does not guarantee a particular outcome, but credible reports will be reviewed according to platform procedures.
Promoter Safety Advisories
A promoter may restrict a member from the promoter’s own events. Serious safety concerns may also be submitted for platform review.
Warnings shared with other promoters must be based on documented conduct and reviewed through an appropriate safety process. Rumors, personal disputes, retaliation, and unverified public blacklists are not permitted.
Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, content removal, restricted features, event removal, suspension, promoter restrictions, or permanent account removal. The action taken will depend on the severity, credibility, frequency, and context of the conduct.
Private Play Party may preserve records when reasonably necessary for safety investigations, legal obligations, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or enforcement.
Emergencies
Private Play Party is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Members should also notify event security or the promoter when an urgent incident occurs at an event.
Our Shared Responsibility
A strong lifestyle community is built through consent, discretion, honesty, communication, and mutual respect. By participating in Private Play Party, you agree to uphold these standards and help create welcoming experiences for everyone.
